At Collaborative Future our work placement programmes regularly bring young people and businesses together to learn through training and coaching because we believe the more space we make for people to grow, the more joy and confidence they will bring to their work.

Our panel will discuss their own experiences of encouraging learning within their teams on both a collective and individual level, and share ideas for how you can build a learning culture within your own organisation.
