This session is part of our series of open-house events centering around our values. During our final workshop we will be considering whether there’s a need to update our definition of Imposter Syndrome.
About the event
The term Imposter Syndrome seems to crop up more and more frequently and is becoming a very common experience, especially amongst younger generations. However, when we discuss potential solutions to this issue, the focus tends to be on the individual and how they can help themselves. This workshop will demonstrate that while this work is important, the brunt of the responsibility should be on the system. The only way to collectively overcome Imposter Syndrome is to build our society and workplace in a way that actively engages with it.
